Intento de Fraude

En fechas recientes, personas ajenas a nuestro grupo han utilizado el nombre de GRUPO PINSA y de nuestras empresas filiales para intentar cometer FRAUDES siendo las principales modalidades:

  • Venta de flotillas de automóviles.
  • Venta de maquinaria industrial.

Hemos encontrado y denunciado páginas web con nombres falsos y anuncios en redes sociales tomando nuestra identidad para realizar dichos actos ilícitos, por lo que le informamos lo siguiente:

GRUPO PINSA y sus filiales no realiza ventas públicas de ninguna de sus unidades o de maquinaria y/o equipo industrial.

GRUPO PINSA y sus filiales aclaran que no tienen relación alguna con estos intentos de estafa o las personas que realizan este tipo de actividades.

GRUPO PINSA > y sus filiales ha emprendido ya acciones legales contra quien o quienes pretendan engañar o defraudar a terceros usando su nombre.

At EDM we take care of ourselves.

Our safety and hygiene protocols include:

  • Temperature taking upon arrival.
  • Sanitizing mat.
  • Antibacterial gel is available in common areas.
  • Contactless registration.
  • Luggage disinfection upon arrival.
  • Disinfection of common surfaces.
  • Constant hand washing by staff.
  • Use of masks by staff at all times.
  • Use of guest masks in all common areas.
  • Review and update inventories for necessary hygienic material.
  • Nursing staff and paramedics are always available.

We hereby inform you about the Hygiene Protocols that are being carried out regarding the COVID infection situation of our guests within the facilities of Hotel Las Villas and Luxury Suite in the Estrella del Mar development.

For guests who test positive for COVID, we suggest:

  1. It is important to mention that these guests must be kept inside their rooms, with no contact with the outside (It is important to deliver the lab results to the Hotel Reception and/or attach a photo of the test and send it to This email address is being protected from spambots.   2. If the guest decides to stay in the facilities after his departure date, he will be granted a 50% discount on the European plan rate that is available at the reception desk at that time.

Protocols to follow: 

  • There is no cleaning inside the rooms by the hotel staff.
  • No direct contact with rooms and infected persons. 
  • Housekeepers remove towels and sheets from rooms for washing. Guests must place them in plastic bags and leave them outside their rooms (our housekeepers wear gloves, mouth covers and face masks).
  • The cleaning of towels and sheets are washed in individual loads. 
  • Clean towels and sheets are delivered in plastic bags, which are left outside the room for the guest to take them.
  • Soap, shampoo and toilet paper will be provided upon request.
  • When ordering room service, food and beverages are delivered in plastic containers and cutlery, which are also covered in plastic bags and left outside the room for the guest to take. 
  • When the guest finishes their meals, place their disposables in a plastic bag and place it outside the room. 
  • In considerable time, the hotel staff makes the garbage collection, which is left by the guest outside the room by placing it in a garbage bag and is collected with gloves, plastic covers and plastic bags.

For safety reasons in our hotels, if any guest is confirmed positive to COVID, the room remains in quarantine and ventilation for 48 hrs, at the end of this period a special cleaning protocol and sanitation in the room will be performed in depth.
